10 Steps to Understanding Mark, your Blogger and host for the duration you decide to read my blog:
1. Politics is state of mind, not the way you vote.
2. Never go out to dinner for anything you can make at home.
3. Blu-ray DVD will increase your quality of life at least 58%.
4. Find your most biased outlet for news and media and watch it all the time, like a hawk, see what it is about you that differs from it.
5. When bored at home, go check out a comedian at your local comedy dive.
6. Food Network might as well merge with MTV, VH1, and every other worthless public access cable channel (what an embarrasment to cooking).
7. I used to believe in the power of music, it lives on the shelves of my already previously purchased CD’s, not the top 10 in the back of Rolling Stone Magazine.
8. Even though the difference between friends and family is that you can choose your friends, friends do not really fall that far from that apple tree, if you know what I mean.
9. Live in another part of the world just once in your life, never be a “never-left” in your hometown.
10. If you do not think the end of the world could possibly happen on December 21, 2012 as the Mayans predicted, then I suggest you research the symptoms of their forseen apocaplyspe and try to make your own diagnosis.

I love how you consider 500 mi away from your hometown in the same state “another part of the world.”
Mark likes to eat the corn from my bung. Or is it apple seeds from my bung? Either way, anyone want an apple..twas at my feet.
